I map where AI genuinely fits in your business and where it doesn't. No software to sell. Just an independent assessment, in your best interests.

The problem
Your system captures the data. It doesn't write the letter, the report or the note. So, somebody has to.
The real constraint
Every professional I speak with has the same problem. The work that doesn't bill is eating the time you need for the work that does.
Often the capacity you're missing already exists inside your business. AI can unlock it. But only if it's pointed at the right places.
Who to ask
You'll get a different answer from each. Worth knowing why.
Option one
Vendors, platforms, agencies. They'll all recommend something. It'll be theirs.
Option two
Whoever takes it on has to learn a fast-moving technology while doing the job you're actually paying them for.
Option three
Understands how your business runs. Works out what's broken. Says where AI fits and where it doesn't.
How it works
Three stages. Stop after any of them.
I arrive with the workflows I commonly see in your kind of business. You confirm, correct and add.
Then I cost each one and examine the process before any technology enters it. Whether you continue with me or not, your plan is yours to keep.
Workflows go live inside the software you already use, with a named person signing off anything client-facing.
Your team is trained and everything is documented. The price is set from the map: how many workflows, how many teams, how much I'm involved.
Your business changes. New staff, new services, new ways of working. The tools change faster still.
I stay across both. That keeps what we built aligned with how you actually work. It also means that any new capability worth having reaches you without you going to look for it.
Training for legal teams
Two hours, in-house, laptops open. Your team builds real workflows on anonymised data and walks out with something they can use the next morning. They also leave knowing where the lines are, which is the foundation of a firm-wide AI policy.
$1,800 + GST, up to 10 attendees. Built for legal teams. Other professions on request.

Who you're dealing with
Jabran Chaudhry
Solicitor · Founder · Strategic Advisor
I've spent over 10 years advising small and medium businesses on structure, documentation and positioning, across healthcare and professional services. You can't truly help a business without first understanding how it operates, how information moves and who is responsible for what. That's workflow mapping and I was paid for it long before anyone sold AI.
Since 2021, I've advised companies and service businesses working with blockchain technology. That matters because I've already helped businesses through one tech cycle that arrived faster than anyone could govern it, was heavily over-promised and had regulation years behind adoption. I know what that curve does from the inside.
I've been using AI tools in my own practice since 2022. I've built my own internal AI-assisted workflows and my own AI agent, Lex, which I rely on across three businesses. The workflows and agent work inside the professional obligations I'm bound by.
You deal with me throughout. I do the mapping myself. Where something needs specialist engineering, I bring in people I've worked with and it's still my name on the result. You won't be handed to an account manager.

I only take on work I'm confident about. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so.
